Having thise blog to update is cool... But sometimes, like now, when my mind is a blank, the fear of writing nonsense appears in my head. But here I am... Perhaps I can dedicate today's entry to my dar dar...

Well, for all those who know my dear, you'd probably tell me I'm really a lucky person to have her as my other half. For those who know me, you'd probably say the same. And now, right from the horse's mouth, I tell you... Not only do i feel lucky to be with her, I feel unworthy of her love at times. She's a very fantastic girl.

I will always remember the time that she gave me encouragement while I was doing my contract teaching in Fengshan. She kept on telling me that I could do it, I could get my ticket to NIE. However, me being Mr Pessimistic, always felt that I was not good enough... Yet, with all her support and love, I made it...

Even in NIE, she never failed to give me a pat on my back whenever I did something well, or encourage me when I felt low. One thing about her was, she never gave up on me. She always tells me that I can and I will cross over to take a degree. Well, of course with expectations as such from dar, it does sometime worry me, that I may not be able to live up to those expectations.

Nevertheless, she is the sweetest lover that anyone can ever have. She has made and bought me so many sweet stuff that my cabinet has one level entirely dedicated to all her little thingys. I call it my "shrine". Being Mr Emo, I may sometimes look at what she made for me and think of her till I shed a few tears. =( She burnt me two CDs.. One xmas one and another a cd just for my car... Really very nice!!! Appreciate it so much! And not forgetting the shirts that she carefully picked out and bought for me... My super favourite is still the black check one... She bought that for xmas...

Well, dear, I know you will come across this entry... I just want you to know... I know I let you down at times. But my love for you is true, my heart only belongs to you. I think of you every minute and every second of the day... I care alot about you, I really do... Nothing more do I want in my life than spending the rest of it with you... I love you!

For those who know the both of us quite well, they would probably know that there is a number 528 that dear dear and I have between the both of us... I would think now would be an appropriate time to explain the significance of this sacred number.

Well, first of all, 5 is my favourite number and 28 is dear dear's.So, we put our favourite numbers together and thus, 528 is a number that represents us, and of course the love between us... 528 also means "I love you" for the both of us... It is like a secret codeword... Something like "Open Sesame"... It is used when both of us really wanna say I love you to each other but due to inconvenience, we couldn't.

28 is the day we got together... The month is March... What's more, that day is dear dear's birthday... So, every month, on the 28th, the both of us would spend time with each other, going out for a bite and perhaps for a movie or a walk in the park... So as you can see, today is the 27th and 28th is tomorrow. So, dear dear, happy anniversary! Mwack! I know i know... I let dar down a few times by not giving her my full attention... For this dear, I am sorry!!! I love you!

We even have a game we play against each other... When we go out, together or without each other, we always look out for the numbers 5 and 28... If we can find either of them, the other has to give the winner a kiss on the cheek. If any of us can find a 528, it's a bonus!! You get a kiss on your lips!!! (Of course I will try to find the 528...)

Well, thus, the significance of our sacred number... Hope I have clearly explained everything to you. I'm sure there will be some who would think we are kookoo in the head for having a number to represent love and to celebrate monthly anniversaries... Well, you haven't seen nothing yet... Well, I did write a song that goes 5.28 in the evening... =)

you see... my concept "long sleeves = good goals" applies solely to beckham.

lets do a quick rundown of the match.

1st half: beckham short sleeves [*gasp*] = no goals
2nd half: beckham long sleeves [ hear that swoon? that's twit admiring him. i think i'm jealous] = goal!

My dear dear gets a very pleasant greeting at midnight, the beginning of a new day, every night. Er... every morning? It is the greeting of "Happy New Day". I mean, it sounds silly... Of course we have happy new year and Merry Christmas greetings, but... Happy New Day??? Who ever heard of Happy New Day? I mean, Happy New Month itself sounds absurd! For us, it is one that reminds us that an old day is passed and a new day dawns its light on the both of us... It reminds us that our love is renewed everyday and we are resolved to love each other more and more each day.

Well, anyway, in this new day now, my dar dar and I are each watching the World Cup 2006 Last 16 clash between England and Ecuador. England just netted a beautiful free kick by David Beckham... (He's my idol). Darling did come up with a concept... You see, David Beckham wears long sleeves for every match he plays... Anyway, darling's concept - Long sleeves = good freekick goals....

Anyway... My dar dar's favourite team Portugal is playing Holland later on at 3am... I cant stay up with her to watch... (So so sad!!!) But I'm sure her handsome, cute Luis Figo will make a mess of the Dutch defense... Score a goal and what will you know... High chance that England plays Portugal in the Quarter-Finals...

So, many things do happen with the start of a new day... One soccer team scores a goal, another 2 European teams play against each other, the clock changes from a 23:00 head to a 0:00 head... Most of all, the love of 2 sweethearts is once again renewed and strengthened...

Well... Spending time with dear dear is always the best. However, sometimes we do get a bit sian when there is nothing to do... Here is a list of the top 10 things we love to do together, regardless of whether we are bored or not... I personally feel that these are the things that give us our identity as a couple: A crazy couple willing to try everything interesting... Simply to enjoy ourselves and just to be with each other...

8. Exercise (Mostly at Bedok Stadium and swimming pool... She runs 6 rounds and I run 4... C'mon... Give me credit... I'm not that small ya know...)

7. Playing soccer games (Both the floormat kind and the software kind);

6. Going out (Most recently to Sentosa... Other times to shop for things and for groceries);

5. Making sandwiches & Cooking;

4. EAT!!! (Especially at Ya Kun... Mmm Mmm... The toast, the French Toast, Kopi Peng and Milo Peng);

3. Latest craze(s) - Setting up and updating our blog/s and not forgetting that we also are in the midst of designing our couple tee... hee...

2. Watching soccer (Especially the World Cup that is on now... =)) Well... erm... watching soccer happens to tie with another interesting thing we do...

2. Taking photographs of and with each other... Sometimes we just love taking photos and video clips, mostly of ourselves... I enjoy her beauty and she enjoys mine... That is the beauty of being together... (PS. She takes photos of all my crazy looking faces I make... And I like to take photos of her when she's concentrating on doing something... She looks so so sweet!!!

AND NOW... The Moment we've all been waiting for... The most exciting and lovely thing we do together.... *Drum roll please.....
