Let's see.... It's been a year and a half since this blog has been updated. Dearie... time for us to start blogging again! =) Hello world! So far, the latest update is that holidays have finally began... At least for me... Dear had hers one month back as i went on my rounds in Geylang to protect Singapore! Haha... Oh yes! Our good friend Alex Chan just left for Cambodia today for a mission trip. Let's pray for his safety and his well being for the next 6 weeks.

Oh oh... Dar dar's exam results came out last week and I would say she did pretty well (I think it is an understatement). Mine? Still processing... Sometimes it really makes you wonder why fish my exams like 2 weeks earlier but get my results 2 weeks later... Dumb!

It's my turn to post!!!

wow! i've had a super long hiatus! before i continue on to type anything... i would like to thank dar dar for his continuous and unfailing support throughout my exam period... huggie!! i never could've survived the torture without you >.<

just to update a little, we're still awaiting oreo's return =( i guess he's too cute and lovable to be given up by his finder. whoever you are, i pray you'll take good care of my baby.

before you know it, it's xmas time... and there's no need to be afraid...
prezzie shopping is a killer. my toes and heels died today. and what a wasted death thay had... dar dar's prezzie was all sold out!! arrrrrrrrgh!!!! i'm so so so so deep in crap now. i need ideas!

gonna continue my hunt with dar dar tml... hope it'll be a fruitful one. wish me all the best!

Well well.... Back we are... Whole semester was a killer... Well, have to be glad mine is over... Dar's isn't yet... Sigh Sigh... Stress for her... =(

Anyway, these last few months have been quite the same everyday... Wake up, do work (Go campus), do work, sleep... Cycle continues... Of course I am glad that Dar dar was beside me throughout my crazy ordeal... =) Now, mine is over, her's continues... =(

She just completed a group project for which she had to stay in NUS for 24 hours to complete! When you thought it was time for a break, she picked up lecture notes to revise for her LSM 2103 test that was held yesterday... All praise goes to my Dar dar!!! I'm sure she will do well!

Sad sad news... Dar dar's long time pal, her dog, Oreo, went missing last Monday in the Tampines vicinity. To her family, Oreo is a real real good friend... I remember I once went over to help her with some stuff and she was shocked... Cos Oreo did not bite me! I was the first apparently...

I miss that guy too... If anyone has any information on a lost silky terrier in the Tampines vicinity, especially near the Church of The Holy Trinity area, please do email me at m_chow1983@yahoo.com.sg or just tag on our tagboard... Oreo means a lot to us!

Dar dar's exam starts on the 25th with her EL 2101 (English module) and it's on a saturday... So sian.. And it spans all the way to the 4th... Thankfully there are a few papers that are well spread out. Sad part is... I cant return Dar Dar's favour... I cant be with her throughout her exam period... =(

Until after 6 everyday... I will be on Reservist back at my old department... Sigh sigh... From the 27th November to 13 December... Thinking about this, it really makes me wonder why male Civil Servants still have to go back for reservist... I mean, as Civil Servants, we are already serving the nation... Maybe the PM can consider changing the existing structure?

The most apt way to begin our 16 month celebrations, perhaps was to end my 5 week teaching assistantship. It had been a long and tedious 5 weeks for me... I could finally devote one full day to my dar dar... It was a great way to begin the day...

First, I picked dar dar from her place after she cleaned oreo's shit... =) My sweetheart went to get a missing coloured thread... We'll find out what she did with the thread later. She's so sweet I tell you... After that, we headed down to parkway to look for some stuff...

Hee... That was the first thing I got for her... Or rather, for us... I got 2 Rubik Cube keychains for the both of us... And I got a ball of twine too... Also, I will tell you what she did with it later... =) We ate our favourite dessert after that... RED RUBY!!!!! Though parkway din sell the best red ruby, we still enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

Moving back to my place, we ordered Canadian 2 for 1. We still kept to our 28th tradition... Eating pizza!!! We ordered Super Cheese and Beef Pepperoni. Well, my dar dar enjoyed the beef pepperoni a lot... I preferred the cheese one...

Anyway, prior to the arrival of the pizza, my dar dar took out all her coloured thread... She took out the ball of twine as well... And she started...

She kept weaving the threads... Weaved and weaved... Until I came out of the shower... I then showed her the powerpoint slides I created for her... the reflections of our 12th to 16th month... It consisted of photos we took within those few months... Hee... I felt it was slipshot... BUt my dar dar was so much more important than my students. So, if I put in so much effort in getting their goodbye gifts done, my sweetie pie deserves more...

f PInk Panther together while eating our yummy pizza... We both buay tahaned... After the 1st disc, we both fell asleep. We woke up 2 hours later!!! Well, of course we finished off our pink panther... And guess what.. Dar dar finished her weaving!!! She made me a friendship band! She is such a sweetheart!!! I love you dar dar!!!

After eating the wanton mee my parents bought, we headed down to video ezy... Dar dar borrowed CSI Season 2. I got Fun with Dick and Jane and De-Lovely.

So that ended our 28th... This time, we extended our celbrations to the 29th and 30th too....

On Saturday, we both chicken rice and dessert home.. RED RUBY again!!! We really enjoy eating our favourite dessert...

The best thing that happened was us going for our evening run... We took a shrt walk from my place to East Coast Park. From there, we ran three rounds round the big pond where they have water sports there... I tell you... We really really enjoyed ourselves so much, we were reluctant to stop the run... After that, we took a romantic walk back and took a clean shower....

Next, we were off to Cold Storage to get some milk for me and tidbits for

my sweetheart.... We took a romantic slow drive along the ECP... Suddenly... Dar dar wanted to eat Mee Hoon Goreng and we took a detour to Simpang Bedok to get dar dar some yummy mee hoon goreng.

Today, I was given the green light by dar dar to play soccer with former servers... A sport that I haven't played for ages... Thank you dar dar!!! I was at Tampines with some friends as I waited for my dar dar... I bought her a book... A book that she had been eyeing... I finally met her at 5+... I then got her a CSI:Miami computer game... Hope my sweetie likes it... Our last stop before going home was to FOX. Dar dar bought a very very nice denim 3/4 pants... She really really liked it so much... And... The day was over...

Dear... I just want to say... 16 months has passed.. I love you... I love you much much more than how i did 16 months ago... I am willing to put everything to make sure you have love, care and concern... And of course... A best friend... All the times that we argued, are times when we both got to understand each other better... Dear... please safely put your life in my hands... Be with me... Never let me go...　And I promise you I won't... Happy 16th Month... I love you!

Today, the 28th July 2006, is the day that we turn 16 months... Yes, we've been through thick and thin... However... no matter what came in front of us, we managed to handle... Never once did we feel a break was needed to get the relationship back on track...

Perhaps one great thing that kept us going and still is keeping us going is trust... We sometimes get angry with each other not because we cannot trust the other, but because we trust the other so much that we get hurt when we feel the other does not seem to reciprocate the trust.

One thing's for sure though.. I love you and that's about the only thing I know... YOu mean everything to me... Nothing less... Your love is all I need to sustain the entire day... Just a hug, just a kiss is what i really need from you daily...

"You are a liar!" Well, a line that dar dar uses on me at times... Of course sometimes I really deserve it... Not because I lied.. but because i did or said something stupid that made her feel that way... When you hear that, it feels like you just got a slap across your face. You somehow feel that she does not trust you at all... But if you think about it deeper, actually she trusts you so much that she's hurt that she feels that you did something against her.

Well, Im not here to say if Im right or wrong... Im here today because I think my dar dar deserves justice... She has been hurt deeply by me this week. Perhaps, to many people, what my dar dar got hurt about may sound trivial to them, but it is in NO WAY trivial to me at all... I love my darling...So if my darling is hurt, especially by me, then it is my fault for either hurting her or or allowing her to get hurt...

Though dar dar and i have been together for a year and 4 months, there are still things that I have to work on.. I know it... Of course, first and foremost, I must let her know my whereabouts so that she does not ned to worry about me... I still need to constantly tell her I care and I really love her... I must not say things that will make her feel unspecial or unimportant, especially when they are not real... I must let her know that in my life, she is the most important lady and person. I want to melt all the broken pieces of glass to make a smooth and perfect mirror just for her... Most important of all.. I must let her know... Im not a liar... I never lied, I am not lying and I will never...

Dear... my heart is with you... Yes, I know it can be very tiring being with me... But I really hope you can endure everything that is happening now and I can show you what I said is the truth... I want nothing more than to live in your heart, be with you as you go through every action everyday... To care and worry for you when you need me there... Not to take you for granted for any reason whatsoever... Regardless of whether Im sick or not... Thats not a good reason... Dear... Im slowly picking up... The mirror will slowly be fixed... And I promise you the mirror will be perfect...

Dear dear... I just want to say... I love you... with all my heart and in every little bit of my life... Please be open to me and help me dear.. mend this mirror with me... We do things best together...
